When a customer makes aggregate deposits exceeding 2000 EUR or requests withdrawal of any amount via the F1casino.club site, it necessitates the completion of the comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This procedure is referred to as «KYC F1casino».
The steps involved in the KYC F1casino process include:
Entry of basic information: the customer needs to supply some fundamental personal details.
Submission of documents: the customer must submit the following:
- A copy of a state-issued photo ID (sometimes from both sides, depending on the document);
- A selfie with an ID confirmation document;
- A bank statement or utility bill. Once the documents have been submitted, the customer’s status changes to «Temporarily Approved». The documents are now with us, and the «KYC» has 24 hours to evaluate them.
The customer will receive a message outlining the results of the review:
- Approved;
- Rejected;
- Additional information needed — status remains unchanged.
While in the «Temporarily Approved» status, the customer:
- Can use the platform in full capacity;
- Cannot make deposits totalling more than 500 EUR;
- Cannot initiate a withdrawal of funds.

Under the KYC process, verification of several key elements is required:
Identity Confirmation:
- Presence of signature.
- Country does not fall under the restricted list: USA and its territories, France and its territories, Netherlands and its territories, including countries forming the Kingdom of Netherlands such as Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curacao, and Sint Maarten, Australia and its territories, the UK, Northern Ireland, Spain, Austria, and Cyprus.
- Full name matches the client’s name.
- The document is valid for at least the next 3 months.
- Owner is at least 18 years old.
Proof of Residence:
- A bank statement or utility bill.
- Country does not fall under the restricted list (refer above).
- Full name matches the client’s name and the identity confirmation document.
- Issued within the last 3 months.
Selfie with Identity Document:
- The face in the selfie matches the face on the identity document.
- Identity document corresponds with the one mentioned in «1».
- Ensure that the photo/ID number matches.
The aforementioned details require verification as part of the «KYC F1casino» process to authenticate the user’s identity.
Specific Aspects of the KYC Procedure
If the «KYC F1casino» procedure has not been successfully completed, the following steps will be taken:
- Documentation of the reason: The reason for the unsuccessful completion of the KYC process is recorded in the system.
- Creation of a support request: A statement is generated in the system, confirming the failure of the procedure.
- Communication with the user: The user receives the request number along with an explanation of the reasons for the failure of the KYC Formula1 procedure.
Once all the correct documents are presented to us, the account status becomes «approved».
Additional Control and Regulatory Measures
- Users who did not pass KYC F1 casino: If a user has not completed the full KYC F1 process, they will not be able to make additional deposits or withdraw funds of any volume.
